What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ for non-turnkey contract manufacturing is 3,000 units, per shade, per product sku. Our MOQ for bulk only is 25kg/50lbs per shade, per product sku. If you are interested in turnkey contract manufacturing and/or our assembly-only services, please contact one of our sales personnel as these minimums vary.
What is your standard scrap factor?
The accepted industry standard scrap factor required above your total purchase order quantity are as follows:
- Primary Packaging: 3% to 5%
- Secondary Packaging: 3% to 5%
- Inserts and collaterals: 3% to 5%
- Labels: 10% to 15%
Do you test on animals?
No, we do not nor do we utilize any raw materials that have been tested on animals
Do you develop and manufacture all products on-site or do you outsource products for development and/or manufacturing?
All formulations and product manufacturing are done in-house as we have all the necessary state-of-the-art equipment on site.
Once I place a project with your Scientific Team, when may I expect my first lab submission?
In most instances, we are able to submit your first sample for review and evaluation within a two to three-week time period. On occasion, it may take slightly longer due to raw material lead times and availability.
What type of tests do you provide?
For all products we formulate, we offer the following tests free of charge:
- Stability Test
- Compatibility Test
- Drop Test (when applicable)
- Transit Test (provided upon request)
We contract outside laboratories for the following:
- Clinical Studies (claim substantiation)
- Microbiological Test
- Preserve Efficacy Test (PET)
- Repeated Insult Patch Test
- Invitro Test
- Invivo Test
- Assay Level Test
How can I obtain a price quote for my finished good?
Turnkey and non-turnkey:
Price quotations are usually provided after the research and development phase has been completed and the bill of materials has been finalized.
Assembly-only:
Price quotations are provided once the bill of materials and the assembly instructions have been reviewed.

Every client that collaborates with Prisha Cosmetics, Inc. signs a mutual non-disclosure agreement which guarantees complete privacy. Unless we receive your written consent, all our business transactions are kept confidential.
